Poo Boon Huan, Hainanese Chef created his own signature menu, which combine Western, Thai and Hainanese food style since 1932. His special signature menu,guaranteed by many awards, have been famous for nearly 90 years in Bangkok. Their priority is to prepare wholesome, tasty, balanced meals using fresh, local ingredients and unique menu.
Today, It is our pleasure to serve the legend of delicious dishes to our customers -Thai family and friends, and our lovely tourists who visit us.
Agave Restaurant : Delicious Bangkok Restaurant
Agavedelicious (Agave Foomuikee 2) is the long-lasting delicious, friendship price at Ratchada-Rama9 Street. Poo Boon Huan ,Hainanese Chef has been running this legendary restaurant for over 90 years, since the Siam Revolution in 1932. It's a unique Hainanese-style western fusion dishes. A Chinese chef from Hainan Island worked in a Western embassy, resulting in a unique fusion of two cultures. Foo Mui Kee, a small kitchen cookshop next to the Oriental Hotel, was later opened. With the taste of food that has been told from one customer to the other customers, the number of customers is growing. As a result, the shop relocated to the Surawong neighborhood. It is a restaurant that was given Shell Chuan Chim Award by the Famous Food Guru in Thailand,Thanadsri Svasti. Agavedelicious (Agave Foomuikee2) open since 1988 and got the same awards , Shell Chuan Chim from Thanadsri Svasti.
It isn’t just delicious food. Our delicious dishes are combination of different culture from creative Hainanese Chef, Poo Boon Huan.

อากาเว่ เป็นสาขาของร้านฟูมุ่ยกี่ ซึ่งเป็นร้านตำนานกุ๊กชอปเชลล์ชวนชิมเก่าแก่นานกว่า 90 ปี ตั้งแต่ปฏิวัติสยาม พ.ศ.2475 เป็นอาหารแนวฟิวชั่นฝรั่งสไตล์ไหหลำที่หาทานได้ยาก โดยผู่บุ่นห้วนพ่อครัวชาวจีนที่อพยพมาจากเกาะไหหลำได้ทำงานในสถานทูตฝรั่งและคิดเมนูผสมผสานสองวัฒนธรรมที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ต่อมาเปิดร้านเล็กๆข้างโรงแรมโอเรียนเต็ล ชื่อ ร้านฟูมุ่ยกี่ ด้วยรสชาติอาหารที่ได้รับการบอกต่อจำนวนลูกค้าเพิ่มมากขึ้น จึงย้ายร้านมาอยู่แถวสุรวงค์ เป็นร้านที่ได้เชลล์ชวนชิมในยุคแรกๆ โดย ม.ร.ว.ถนัดศรี เขียนลงในฟ้าเมืองไทย และต่อมาเมื่อร้านอากาเว่ซึ่งป็นสาขา2 มาเปิดที่พระราม9 อ.ส.ม.ทก็ได้เชลล์ชวนชิมเช่นเดียวกัน
นอกจากนี้ยังมีอีกหลากหลายรางวัลการันตีความอร่อย ได้แก่
